Well I am in the minority as my HR primarilly PVEs. Here's the thing if you DPS you will draw aggro. No way around that so my approach is to draw that aggro into the pile with the tank so it gets everyone else's AOE as well. So I drop powerful ranged attacks then close immediately dragging those mobs with me and switching stance to drop all my melle into the pile. By that point my ranged ques would be coming up so I add those effects at point-blank. The holy trinity for surviving this style of play is crit, power, and LS. Crit is essential because the combination of correcting aim and prime critical reduces your cooldowns fast enough to always have encounters available (well almost always but that's what split shot is for). So I took archery to the capstone (even more crit) and melle to agile hunter (even shorter cooldowns. Power is necissary for any DPS build but more so for the Hunter's melle attacks because the base weapon damage is so low. And LifeSteal is my primary defensive stat. If you are dealing that much damage and drawing that much aggro turning the damage into HP is essential. So gear wise I use 1/2 Dread 1/2 Warden for the extra crit, power and LS. Then the Fallen Dragon set (again with the holy trinity) After that you want to get your ArPen about 24% (with str bonus) and go for moderate defense and deflect then more crit, LS, and power. Using a blue belt with an offense slot will help round out the stats. I'm actually running a Terror enchant. Vorpal is good especially when youa re critting half the time. But the number of targets I am engaging pluss the odds of someone else already having a pluage leads me to Terror for the best party DPS and fastest DD. But Pluage and Vorpal are also exceptionally good picks.
A typical setup I would play with would be Split and rapid or lightning (you will not have the leasure to cycle in aimed unless you are tasked with boss DPS) Rapid in instances where you will be ending with one strong target because the melle has decent single-target DPS otherwise lightning for CTG. No explaination necissary on split. Constricting, TW and RoA for encounters these all have decent DPS and in melle stance do a lot of burst damage. RoS is highly underated due to it's low damage but it has an infinite target cap so if you drop it on the pile it makes a lot of procs for concentrating and prime again lowering your cooldowns. Dailies usually disruptive and forest ghost. Since we lack CC immunity disrupt and constrict I hold on whatever CC mob is going to take the longest to kill. As excessive dodging will string out the mobs and make more work for your team. Besides if you are dodging you are not attacking. And ghost makes a good re-position that will not string out the mobs. Class features StormStep almost never leaves the bar. After that twin blade and aspect of the pack are among my favorites. Aspect of the Serpent is alomost never worth it as youy need to get 10 attacks in each stance to aceive a full stack (5 spending then 5 building). Bladestorm gets an honorable mention just because of the number of enemies that will be around you when it procs.
Copied from my response to a similar thread. Sorry I don't have any fancy videos for it but as others have pointed out. None of this will work come Mod4. I'm actually still testing on preview to figure out if hybrid is even possible anymore. The good news is the Serpent changes are good. You can full stack on each rotation. The bad news is there is nothing that gives you the recovery available under the current archery tree.
Hey, i got a HR full PVP and i don't know if i should use P.vorpal o G.Plaguefire on it, as i said i just want to character for PVP, and one last question, will the plaguefire get more expensive on M4, i mean, should i buy it know or just wait till thr M4?
@rayrdan --- agreed.... I am thoroughly disappointed by this. I've spent the majority of my day on preview shard trying to figure out a viable combination of feats to be comparable to my HR that was so meticulously built as a hybrid. -- I had reached the capstone in melee and had about 5 in each of nature and archery. I had settled on using my shift as a support for AP gain as well as the boost from melee attacks. Everything as perfect. I could do well in dungeons and do well in PVP. certainly not the best dps but I had a delicate balance between survive and dps, along with recovery and the cooldowns of all my encounters... not to mention being able to use dailies due to my excessive shifting and melee attacking. It did take alot of high end gear and consideration to achieve such a delicate balance.... something I had just recently got to. It was a great few weeks.... but now? after hundreds of hours and even purchased zen to buy the companions I envisioned for a fun endgame that offered a viable PVP/PVE hybrid HR playstyle... I. Hate. This. and why did we even need these changes? its not like i was OP?!? wtf.

Only decent hybrid guide I've found. I made minor alterations for personal preferences but mostly I like it.
This is the game, you either build a char for pvp or for pve. You cant do both well
Thanks and sorry for my english
Weapon enchantmen, not armor, cant edit it
