My account was hacked last night and the customer support page will not come up. Is there anywhere else I can go to report my account hacked?

The customer support website for arc keeps failing to load. I will try the email. Thank you beck and nubbie.

To you hamlet, No, I never went to another website to buy any gold or diamonds. The only thing different I have done is use the Neverwinter Gateway from my laptop last night. It sent me a validation code for the new computer and I sent it. This morning, when I logged into NW, all my zen and diamonds where taken within 10 minutes of me logging into Gateway.

It might take a little while, but they will take care of you. The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. One of my 3 accounts (for my kids and I) was hacked. No strange activity or questionable behavior, but they (hackers) got in and stripped everything. Support was responsive and very helpful. We only ended up losing a few unique items that could not be restored.

Don't despair. If you are not at fault, I'm confident they will get you back on your feet.

There is a procedure and resolution to this, not guaranteed but it worked for me ... just follow up once you get support pages or emails working. The resolution may take some time but well worth it in light of how much time you may have invested that has been lost due to thieving individuals. Be patient but I agree with the quoted poster, they will resolve your issue if you follow their instructions.

Oh look people making assumptions about the OP when they don't know what they're talking about. The fact is the OP got hacked and so is a victim. If you don't know the extra details then don't be judgemental. No matter how safe you are, you are never hackproof.

since this is a support issue, additional commentary is not necessary. the OP's question was answered, although i would like to add that if you are emailing support, you want to do so from your registered email address.

we are closing this thread. OP if you have further questions concerning this issue, please PM someone from the community team. bear in mind that at the forum level, we cannot provide answers to support issues.

    thank you. :]
