Just for those who hasnt seen, Module 4 contains new "weapon artifacts" for each class. There are three that you get by completing the campaign, you have a choice between ONE of the three. It starts out as a green, and must be leveled up. I would assume this would operate much like another artifact in that it requires RP to level up.

It's nice to see finally a weapon with higher weapon damage, Wrath is nice for PvE and the hit points aren't bad for PvP unfortunately Wicked Strike isn't for PvP, now Ferocity would be nice vs bosses and PvP but lacks of HP. Rage, all you need is to read Reaping Strike and meh.

I have to say the GF ones all look pretty good...talk about decisions....also once maxed and in conjunction with the 60% boost to heal and damage of crushing surge on preview doesn't that make Honor of the Gold Dragon with the boost do 110% increase to the 3rd strike heal now....if maxed. Weak no off hand.
bring a thaum or oppressor CW or hey how about a combat HR or a GWF(i know you will say that wont happen in mod 4) but GWF will be seperated by the good players and all the kids who rolled one just to faceroll during mod3. also to have that loadout you wont be doing alot of dps. on live right now i have 2.4k regen and about 5% incoming heal and profound set is way better than purified ice imho im just waiting for the +4con belt and the crushing surge weapon HP is nice and all but getting to 60k is gonna be a bit hard to hit without the GWF artifact and the vanguards banner and all rank 10's in defence slots

on a side note i will be dropping down to 10% regen come mod 4 for lifesteal since rampaging madness has been fixed looks like endless consumption is the way to go.
so 10% regen and 10% lifesteal seems pretty good to me although to be honest more dmg is nice but i would still lose a bunch of stats from switching from formorian to the dragon one i would gain an extra offence slot so im not sure it's even worth it. but the belt is def worth it
sure did lifesteal is so undervalued as a GF could be pretty useful in mod 4 anything over 2k regen is kinda mute not much a diffrence going for more figured id try 10% regen and 10% lifesteal
since we wont have rampaging and augmented has a ICD of a minute endless consumption seems the best bang for the buck out of the boons
sure the GWF ones may have better pvp stats which is in the eye of the beholder but the equip bonus are terrible with the exception of the sure strike one.
Bring an Oppressor and that GF will freeze where he stands thanks to the rework to the Freeze Mechanic, regardless of build. The CWs are getting some significant buffs to their Control Powers so it won't be hard to imagine a perma-CC-ed GF against a CW.
As for the topic, I'll definitely be getting the Golden Dragon's Courage for my GF. It seems mighty flexible as I don't really have to have Tide of Iron slotted since it also affects Shield Slam.
Dont underestimate the defensive stats especially for mod 4 and their dungeons. Try for yourself if you dont believe me.
Did it increase the ability score as well?

I leveled it up (just for your information, you level up these things when you refine other lvl 60 gear into it, not via enchantments, you can use the resonance stones ofc, too) to blue to put my Plaguefire (2nd rank) into it. And surprise, it looks terrible now as the Plaguefire visual effect only affects 1/2 of the sword.
I need to transmute the sword into sth else asap.
