Delve Chest Bugged - Same loot for me over and over

The last 6+ times I have ran Spellplagued I have received the same Tier 1 boot selection from the delve chest. I know its fairly statistically possible, but I was also wondering if it could be a bug.

Also, I have ran SP several times and not been able to open the chest at all... does PWE ever track the random loot I missed and credit it to ones account as it's a lot of time wasted... :(

    i got T1 bracers 4 times in a row last night from ToS...

    for the past Few days ive found that what ever dung i do no matter if its in DD or i use a Key i get the same Loot i did 4 Tos got the SAME thing did 3 Fh in a row got the same stuff in there now the stuff i get from FH chest an Tos chest is Diff but if i do the runs over an over its the same loot an hav been for the past few days. i get crapy lil rings do its not even worth Farming.. an i know that everyone else is egtting the same loot cuz my RL friends who play are having the same problem an ppl from my guild also this is BIG BUG an i want to know what they plan to do to fix it an how soon seeing as its been going on for DAYS now

    Same thing happening for me - Priest's Belt of Burning Light every time I do Spellplague. I have a collection of 4 of them now since I realised I wasn't just having bad luck; I've run it 12 times since last weekend and received that belt every time.

    My mate, who's run it five times, has received the same pair of T1 boots, and somebody I ran with yesterday received High Vizier cap twice over.

    VT has been giving me [Bow of the Thayan Zealot] and a shard of terror enchant the past 6 runs in a row gotta be something wrong with chests

    I am currently in game and dont know what to do except chatt, all that i run drops me same thing i cant belive no1 from Pw has issued a statement on this like they are aware or something this is so major and nothing seems to happen at all, is there a reason for these forums?

    yeah there is something wrong, for atleast 3 days now everytime i run a dd i get the same item over and over from the chest, down to the shard and everything =/
