Lightning Enchants and Companion for GF

Hello there,

I wanted to ask a couple of questions regarding the GF in PvE and PvP.

Firstly, Lightning enchant? Is it good for a GF dmg wise? Can it be used in PvE and PvP or mainly just PvE for mob procs/pulls??? (which isn't always the best lol) Im currently running a G.PF but working on my Lightning. Just want to know do I continue working on it or should I sell it off?

Secondly, Companion... Cat, Stone of Allure, Might or Black Ice Stone?? Which would be best? When I ask that im referring to the slots? Stone of might seems cool I have one on my GWF but I do like the defensive slot for some HP for OPvP.

Would be great if some of the veterans could help me out here with these two questions.

Sorry im TR through thick and thin will all the nerfs :P but I have had this bad boy sitting in my toon screen and now its his time!

    Well it could be good with the new changes to Enforced Threat hitting up to 20 adds you could get some great Lighting Chains.


    However its based off weapon damage, and at Perfect it does 20% weapon damage chains 3 times at 50% chance. So Best Main Hand would be a Black Ice Long Sword 662 damage. So 20% of 662 is 132 damage?

    I think you'd be better served with a Plague fire as just the dots of plaguefire on 20 adds would do more damage I think, and you would be lowering all their defense at the same time for other party members.
