I've run into this twice now when 'Stay burried' is up. TR runs in, kills the warlock, stealths and leaves. This of course leaves the rest of the mob active except for the mission objective. I just want to say that the people who do this were not raised right.

It has become a sad state of affairs indeed. I've taken to "tagging" the specific enemy I need, so I can at least get credit for them. They really need to change the mission to be for battle wights instead of the much rarer ones. The troll idols should be claimable by multiple people, instead of going away for the first person that interacts w/ them.

I see no reason why these wights need to be so rare. A simple solution would be to add three more elsewhere about the zone, and if the devs think it's not "challenging" enough, they could always boost the encounter -- add more enemies, give the deathlock a chance to spawn an undead giant, etc.
As for the state of affairs today, I always go straight for the deathlock to try to establish credit before anyone else can steal it (points at some nameless TR -- yes, you, son). Constricting Arrow, Rain of Arrows, Thorn Ward in rapid succession to start the fight. After that I can breathe easier for the rest of the melee.

It is actually worse than that because the instance does not re-spawn. So you have to kill everything but the Warlock then come back and fight it again whenever it re-spawns. On Idols if someone else is there I wait until they start the animation and then claim the idol. Both players get it that way. But on the Stay burried mission the TR is long gone and the objective is unavailable.
that isn't trolling, that's the TR doing his stealth thing to get his mission done. It just sucks for everyone else including other TR's. Its the same when someone does anything to be "lazy" in the game when it comes to quest objectives.

I lost interest in these dailies several weeks ago but from memory I think you are wrong about this. The Warlocks respawn in about the same time as the entire group killed respawns.
When I was doing IWD dailies on CW, GWF and TR I could run the circuit on the TR killing only the Warlock if none else was also doing the same loop and they respawned again at pretty much the same rate as the group did for the other classes. In fact it was often more difficult to complete on the TR when the zone was well populated as if you try to clean up the entire group and did not start with the Warlock, some kindly range class took the opportunity for a snipe and plucked the Warlock kill while you killing the others.
Most of those quests seem much easier on the AoE heavy classes so I do not begrudge one single quest being slightly easier for TRs.
I see everything working as in tended the TR is doing what he does best, I have a GWF, CW, TR, HR and enjoy each because of the difference in play style and the difficulty in playing those said types.
