Class artifacts (sigils) can not be claimed

I apologize if there is any other thread about this but I couldn't find any.

As many, I can't claim my class artifacts on the Reward Agent but some friends does. I have the 6 sigils unlocked in the game but I can not claim it on the preview. Yesterday I saw a warlock with the gwf sigil and I have it unlocked in the regular game but seems unavailable.

    I have not tried it myself but try copying the character that have that artifact unlocked(finished the quest with) on preview.

    I just copied my 6 characters to see if it works... and nothing.
