Sword Coast Tutorial

Not sure if this goes here, but it says this is for issues too.

On my HR, I never got the tutorial, so I never got a chance to get the Shepard companion. I just jumped in and started doing the quests.

Is there some way to restart the sword coast or give me the tutorial...or just send me the Companion? Kind of upset that the one character I really wanted to get it for is the only one that can't get it.

    the tutorial can be turned off by pressing the ? in the upper right hand corner of the SCA window, but doing so will still leave the "Your First Adventure" tile on the map. if you do not have that tile or if you exited that map and the tile is now gone, the best option you have is to submit a ticket via the support ticketing system. they can look into what occurred and may be able to assist you.

    I have no tile for it and I don't recall opening the map prior to me getting my first companion. I did look at the tab when it first activated, but since it said I needed companions to play it and I hadn't gotten one yet, I couldn't do much with it.
    I opened a ticket and will hope something can be done. Was going to send the one I got with my 60 CW to my HR but I guess it's Character bound.

    It's there now! They must have reset it for me! Did the quest and got my dog....and then the tutorial came on after I finished. LOL

    Well I have this issue with the same problem, my Hunter Ranger got the tutorial twice ..= double puppies..nice.. you never whine when you are ahead or do we?
    Fine.. why am i writing? My Control Wizard feels left out.. he did not get any tutorial at all.. oh well as 4th toon, yes, I should know the "how to's" .. still that puppy could warm the wiz's feet cold (Never)winter nights... please help... someone? ;)
