So, the sale for Wild Hunt Rider lasted for three days, and ended yesterday.
And the waiting time for Zen exchange took also about three days.
Will there be another chance to buy that bundle, considering many people probably missed it?
Another question:
How good is the DPS boost, is it worth it?

They can still be bought on AH (although there's only a few of them there) and they are still priced rather low (considering it's a high demand companion, epic level and limited). I'm guessing they'll go for ~3 mil AD in a few days so I suggest you hurry if you missed the promotion.
The DPS bonus goes in millions since it's a 10% boost and the purple level Wild Hunt Rider gives a 5% chance to grant it for 5 seconds (meaning, one in 20 blows would trigger it).
There's also a green version of the Wild Hunt Rider, but only has a 2% chance (one in 50 blows).

No they won't. To upgrade from green to purple you need 1.25 mil. Plus green version costs like 200-300. So they will sell for 1.5 - 2 mil max.
Well, there's no reason they couldn't/wouldn't bring it back - they already brought the Lillend promo back once after its initial introduction. I have a green one on one of my clerics - he's an able tank, as both of his attacks taunt, and one of them is a gap-closer, (which is really handy). That being said, there was an issue where he would just stand near an enemy and not animate his attacks, (though I think he was still actually using them).

Just made a little correction to your sentence.
What if you had, say 10 mil AD to spend, but there would be a 5 day stall in the zen exchange? 3000 zen is ~$30
But either way, you can buy the epic Wild Hunt Rider on the AH rather cheap since the promotion was a few days ago. In a few days their prices might jump up drastically though.
If you are doing 2 encounters per 5 second on average, this mean that the buff will have a rough uptime of 10%. 10% uptime of a 10% dmg buff translate to 1% total dps boost. Not worth it.
Edit: I'm assuming this is per encounter power use rather than per encounter power hit.
