1. i have read that in pve AP max value is around 24% (maximum value that it can ignored), so for pvp is tehre any reson to use more then 24% armor pen? is it true that this will be good only Vs GF?
2. nature blessing(HR first nature feat) - will it affect life steal, bonus from set healing affect(Xvim PVP set), skills(+1% hp when crit), companion(healer) ?
3. fox cunning - if i have activated it, it will only block an attack dmg, but the CC will be activated on me?
4. fox cunning - if i have activated it, how long will it last? for ever until i get dmg? of its like a timer based
5.Lesser Vorpal do not increase the Crit sev stat in the charecter information, dose it mean its not working?
6. dose the champigan boons(dread, sarmander) affect the pvp fights?
You should probably post this in the Hunter Sub forum, but Boons do work in pvp yes. Vorpal enchantments do help you crit harder but they don't show up on your stat screen because it is applied multiplicatively i believe.
1) ArpPen is a direct Defence/DR reduction, but dont scale well (and tenacity add also always a fixed low level DR... 20% tenacity means that DR dont go below 20%), over some values is better invest in power for increase dmg... overall 24-25% ArpPen is a good value also in PvP.
2) nature blessing influence incoming healing.. working also with selfheal by oakskin.
3) fox cunning.. at the start block both dmg and cc, after was nerfed and now block only the dmg (rule #1 for HR agaist a unknow HR... the better first shot is costrict arrows).
4) is active forever without hit.
5) Vorpal increase crit severity and working (is not the better enchant for a HR).

It effects everything as far as I know, as a warning it's gone next module.
Fox's cunning doesn't block cc but lasts till you take that damage or go thru a teleport.
