Returning player, I might have been hacked but not sure. Have a few questions.

I haven't played in many months. I had well over 500k ad, if not over a million, logged in today and have a little under 6000ad. Is there a way to make sure I haven't spent my ad and just forgot? I'm pretty sure I haven't spent that ad, but would like to make sure.

When I logged in a had an e-mail with a first time buyer reward. I spent 10 bucks when I first started playing, is that what it's from? They weren't giving out those rewards then. Are they giving it to everyone who's spent real money even if they had spent money before they started giving out those rewards? Hope that made sense. If not, there's something fishy there.

Will support help me retrieve my lost AD? Wondering whether or not to bother with it. So far it seems I've been hacked:( Was looking forward to playing the game again but that AD took me many months to earn, and if it's all gone for good, so is my interest in the game unfortunately. Thanks for any help, and I hope none of you run into this situation ever.

Go to the Arc website and contact support. They could check your logs to see.

I lost 350,000 astral diamonds yesterday, because i wasn't used to their email/stand-by-box-to-retrieve email system. I thought my failed bid email, was a simple notice and that my astrals were automatically given back to me, because i couldn't click on the "350,000" astrals button. (Was bidding on a greater bag of holding... wound up buying 2 outright after).

I was wrong... turns out i deleted the email and my astrals went bye bye too.

From what one of their workers told me, i am sure you won't get your astrals back, as they couldn't even "undelete" mine. They'll have no way of knowing in your case, at least no way of knowing if you were thieved, or it was you using the astrals and you forgot. Maybe they do keep records of when astrals were spent, and at least you'd know if it was in your away time or not, even if they can't refund you.

    Brings up 2 things.

    1) This game should automatically send astrals back to accounts, never allow them to be deleted. Just send a notice that a bid failed etc.
    2) keep an astral log for players to see, of maybe the last 20 astral transactions. Or whatever.

as it seems both of our problems are common discussion in neverwinter. (lots deleted their astrals out of ignorance it turns out... and LOTS more wonder what happened to their astrals when in fact it may have been they just forgot a sale).

I contacted support. I don't have much faith in online game support. Never have had any help from it. Hypothetically speaking, would they contact me in game? Or via my e-mail (outside of game e-mail)?

I didn't know you could delete AD.

Man, wish I would have spent my ad on a freakin weapon, bag or mount now. Ugh.. That was A LOT of work.

They will contact you in e-mail, they take awhile but get around to it, and if you haven't heard anything send them another message pleading. The only thing they could do for you would be a char roll back, but then you would have to know the last time you logged on, date and time, so they could restore it to a previous state. I had an issue took about 1-1/2 weeks for support to resolve it.

Can I just tell them to roll me back to when I had over 500k ad? lol. Guess not.

Bottom line is that this is a support matter. Nothing can be done about this at the forum level, and these sorts of threads tend to (intentionally or otherwise) attract naysayers and excessive complainers.

Please be patient and await a response/follow-up from customer service. Thanks!!
