You need to finish any 13 achievements in the PvP campaigns (Domination/Open World/Gauntlgrym)

sorry but I have not understood ....
    13 in total?
eg. 8 dominion and 6 in open world can be enough?

    or 13 in any
    eg.13 Domination + 13 Gauntlgrym + 13 open world ?
    thanks again

its 13 total and I think its only like 10 points you can possible get from each one anyways, so you have to do one of the others to a limited extend if you want the set.

Not to rain on your parade, but in my opinion that ring set is kind of crappy for a PvP GWF
--- Ranked matches need to be solo-queue only
Enforce rainbow parties in PvP ---- 10v10 PvP ----

if we're at it... does anyone know about tenacity diminishing returns ?

i mean, right now i'm running with 1k tenacity (20% resistance). if i'll be getting those pair of rings i'll be up 1,650 tenacity. i don't suppose that will bring me up above 30% damage resistance... anyone with arround that # of tenacity can comment ?

    1510 tenacity = 23%. After 1.1 - 1.2k tenacity it's not worth to invest further

You can get up to 24% from tenacity. Of course we don't know the true value because PVP stats are only displayed in integers. They provide a lot of tenacity, 650 total, which works good with many setups that lack tenacity.

Argh, I want those too, but as an HR my noble beast rings supply about 60% of my regen points. Dunno, need 3 more pvp achievements anyway, but 450 tenacity is tempting...
No idea what my toon is now.

For classes with 2x407 regen rings vs 650 tenacity? It might be redundant with PvP armor, although I can see it opening a way to use your old PvE gear in PvP, where these rings will provide the tenacity you are lacking.

Bit of a catch 22 unless they are account bound, because to get them you will have had to have created an effective pvp build prior, to have accumulated the required achievements - 13 - to obtain them. My CW could wear her HV gear with these rings and the black ice weapons, but getting them would be a long and painful grind.
No idea what my toon is now.

The highest that I have gone (from memory) was 1757, which gave a measly 24%. The diminishing returns are fairly steep, yes :)
