Map Search Failure

I went to switch charaters after doing one of the lliira's events and got a "Map Search Failure" error which logged me out. when I attempt to log back in I get stuck on the "Connecting to Login Sever" for about a miute before failing to log in.

Anyone else having similar issues?

    Yeah, login server is also having issues now.. Cannot log back in through loader or gateway website.

    Same exact issue and the servers have been unstable for me the last two days especially at night. I usually never crash/boot.

    just got that problem trying to leave a skirmish, and when I tried switching characters I got logged out and now can't log in :p

    Cryptic's hamster died, they're finding a replacement to run the server.

    First the map error, and right now I'm stuck trying to log in.

    Getting "Map Search Failure". :mad:

    Tried "Search Tech Support"; useless

    Yeah, looks like everybody's already left the office for the day so we probably won't get a server restart until tomorrow morning, unless someone gets alerted and comes in...

    I'm having the same issues, but the good news is the test server is still working so you can test out the new warlock :)

    First I had a map search failure, now i am getting the "connection server timed out" thing. Kinda ruined my night.

    Login to the launcher then click on the NeverwinterPreview tab then click play.
    If you have never been on the test server then you would need to copy a char over or create a new one.

    I have the same problem, but I'm *not* back in. The launcher never gets past drawing the window and putting "Neverwinter" in the title. No background image, no "updating launcher", just sits there :-(

    I didn't have a problem with the launcher... sounds like you have some other problem. :/

    try exiting arc completely then opening it again it has a bug lol
