Can't progress through Dread Ring campaign

I can't start the first task "Study Thayan writings." I hit the button but nothing happens.

    Confirmed with a second char that completed the preceding quests on live. Can't start Study Thayan writings with him as well.

    The same is true for the Sharandar campaign aswell...

    I was just coming here to write a report on this, glad its not me, but it needs to be fixed!

    Same here... With this and the queue system off, there's actually nothing to do once you hit 60 for testing.
