What happened to my UI??

The icon become smaller and cannot even fit to the circle. My feats, character stats screen, divinity bar, AP meter, all etc icons become smaller too!! Can any devs help to fix this problem?? In live it is ok but every character of mine in preview got this problem. Is this a display issue??
