Chat UI display question

(First, I'm not logged ATM, so not sure if these are accurate names for the functions)

When I log into a char, the chat box is displaying all three of the tabbed chat options (Default, Social, and Combat), leaving me to have to click the Default tab.

Is there an option some where to make it only show the default when I log in?

BTW this only started after Mod 3 when the UI was changed, so Im thinking that the reset may have changed an option.

I looked around the UI a bit, but I can't seem to find it. I very well may be over looking it.

    Hit the "gear" shaped icon in the upper-left of the chat box. Your preferences are there.

    NM, I found what I was doing wrong. I had to go into option and select a tab in there. Without one being selected, it showed all 3 after login

    Saw the tabs in options but I thought they were only for selection options for under each tab.
