How does the Perfect Vorpal weapon enchant actually work?

If it increases Critical Severity by 50%, and your base critical severity is 75%, will it become:

75% + 50% = 125%

or

75% * (75/100)*50 = 75% + 37.5% = 112.5%?

    For crit severity, always add unless stated otherwise.
