I hope so... the only perma I would have liked to play was INT Rogues build but I think that was a year ago? I don't believe they have the killing power they used to, and CS with 50% less charges severely lowers it's damage.
My impacts are hitting 7-9K's on Crit compared to the miserable 3K I used to hit with.
And my Lashing Is hitting close to 20K with a regular vorpal... which is very good considering it only hit for 9-11K before.
Anyone else? Maybe we'll have a come back of the 1 shot rogue... or close to it O.O. I've been having fun 1-shotting squishies with lashing XD

The thing is, in my case I've never felt the would-be-exaggerated effects of the so-called "nerf to IS", since even after the 33% increment damage reduction, I always could hit for at least 6~8k on crit.
But then again I don't ever spam IS, and I only use at most two shots at at time to maximize my damage per attack.
(..that, and having always been a WK my IS was always buffed through either Dagger Threat, Advantageous Position, or Whirlwind Sneak Attack ... and some times all of those 15% buffs at the same time (+45% !!))

● The only real "nerf" is with either the freeshot from stealth or when it is thrown consecutively from out of stealth where charges are spent. The first-shot from out of stealth hits almost the same, as well as the shot that receives the most buffs possible for TRs in game.
If we're going to QQ about not being able to lob an interrupt encounter from range, four times in a row, and hit for over 15~25k damage easily, then we're no better than GWFs arguing they need all their OP tools.

It is kind of a misinformation that the tooltip reads "deals additional damage for each charge remaining" when what really happened was it "deals lower damage as the charge are depleted." Point being, it was a sugarcoated nerf.
All about it speaks that no one is using it. Neither in pvp or pve, players on high lvl do not use it cause this skill has no use.

It didn't get a ninja buff. Power affects it more since mod 3 but that is all. They really over nerfed it with the combo of reduced damage, plus tenacity and making the stealth shot do baby damage. Not the worst thing I guess (every rogue was using it) but I miss it in pve.
