Devoted Cleric and Heroic Encounter Hunt

i'm hunting heroic encounters for 3 days straight and so far i cant get past rare reward. No matter how or what i do i cant go past it. What am i supposed to do? In many occasions i was the only healer i do heal and run a offensive spells and yet it feels like its hardly doing anything. Am i missing a point in the encounters? I can't find how the rewards are calculated but i'm pretty sure it's based on dmg/heal or is it pure luck when you get epic reward?

    My advice: forget any dmg spells. At-will: astral seal. Encounters: AS (obviously) sunburst, and some 3rd heal, could be healing word, could be BoH, whatever. Daily: if you have hallowed groung feated, use it, if not, don't even bother. MH set should help as well, but you can do it without it.

    Now your only problem is to avoid mobs when you are running to the HE.

    i was using AS, HW and FF and hallowed ground but the results were bad so i changed to dmg spells, but i will give it another go full heal.
