Here are some random additions/changes I'd like to see added to Neverwinter:
1. Either a hide option for shirts & pants, or the addition of some alternate ones that are basically only the underwear a "naked" character has on.
2. Weapon & armor transmutes added to all crafting professions, (i.e. things you can craft that are free to transmute, and only meant for that purpose).
3. A way to "distill out" individual colored dye bottles form dye kits, or a wider assortment of dye colors in the Zen store. Heck, this could be a great ADD sink if added to the Wondrous Bazaar - I think people would be willing to pay 1-5k ADs per bottle.
4. As an alternative to, or in addition to, #3 above, a way to cycle the order in which the colors in dye kits are applied.
5. An inventory tab just for mounts. Make it so you start with, say, only 5 or so slots, and you get additional ones by buying Zen store mounts.
6. A mechanism whereby multiple transmutes can be applied to a single item, and they become accessible via a drop-down menu for said item - changeable anytime you want, while out of combat, via the character sheet page.
7. An adjustment to the lighting in the dye/transmute preview window, so the back of the character is well lit, like the front it.
8. If the devs do not want us switching instances in Icewind Pass and Dwarven Valley, could we at least get the choice of which instance we want to enter when first selecting it on the world map?
9. The ability to craft fashion items - either as a new profession, or as an addition to existing ones.
10. Add weapon & armor transmute packs to the Zen store.
11. Add runes that cause a companion to generate more or less threat, (based upon what type of slot it is placed into).
12. Add Black Ice rune stones for companions - they could provide black ice resistance/damage + normal stats for companions.
13. Make the HE scoring visible in the IWD zones.
I know many of these are repeats that others have posted, but I thought they bear repeating...

This should've been part of Alchemy when it came out.
As far as Transmutation goes, just have another equipment tab for appearance. You can slot whatever you want in there, and that's how your character looks.
What I'd really like to see would be appropriately priced mount upgrade items, which would certainly boost their sales of green/blue mounts and greatly increase the ingame mount variety.
As for accessing bank through Gateway - I'm against, for possible hacking/security issues.

What about this approach; Do away with the arbitrary ranking of Zen store mounts. Instead, have it so you click a mount, then see a price for the R1, R2, and R3 versions?

Make mount speed a character/account unlock.
Once you purchase a single T3 mount all future mounts are cosmetic. I hate not using cosmetic mounts I aquire for free and not buying other cosmetic zen mounts purely because they are not T3 and would be a downgrade from what I already own.
I predict mount sales would rise exponentially if tiers were removed from the mounts themselves and they were treated equally as cosmetic options.

So would you make "Mount speed" a separate 1-time purchase, and then everything else is just skins?

Ideally yes. It makes more sense to me than having a bunch of separate items IMO.
Drop Down Option with unlimited skin slots > Mount Bags with limited slots.
But at the least either tie mount speed to the character/account so that if the player owns a single T3 mount all mounts that player owns automatically become T3. Honestly I don't even care about mount bags because as of right now I don't feel encouraged to want additional mounts.
My list of what never winter Needs. Direct income for PW will have a $$ by it:
Quality of life upgrades:
-$$Mount Storage (or other application as discussed earlier)
-Player ability to organize order of characters at select screen
-$$Separate storage bag for all keys (a key ring if you will)
-Astral Diamond storage in Account shared bank, just like gold
-Remove leveling gaps in questing storyline
-Quest EQ rewards: remove Lvl req. (almost all games do this)
Big things:
-$$race/StatRoll change option (wish spell)
-$$more iconic D&D classes like Monk, Paladin, Druid, warlock and bard. (They are working on it)
-$$Reduce price on current AD sinks(to increase use), and add more sinks.
-rng rewards balanced with a system of progression rewards. (BI eq drops come to mind)
$$ = much monies for PW. ^_^

-Good matchmaking,
-Fix GWF roar,
-fix HR skills,
-Improve usability of GF / TR at PvE,
-Make all black ice set parts dropeable from kessel's retreat
Improve MOBs VI (rly, assassin should go after DC or CW not a defender) and make bosses and "pack leaders"/special MOBs (mentioned assassin or caster) immune to threat generation while improving GFs threat management (towards all other mobs) and some party buff skills (and shield i guess).*
Improve traps system (and adjust the dungeons), making them effective, debuffing and rooting for longer, hitting harder, comming in at least 2 difficulties of normal and fatal/lethal (read: FATAL and/or LETHAL... just to clarify: DEADLY...) and place them at proper spots (even random, some unavoidable), making the TR huge asset to the pt, a requirement even.*
Make "story-line" quests repeatable and accessible at higher (epic) difficulties (similar to STO; some quests have to be excluded ofc for obvious reasons).
Make new lairs/dungeons (and revamp the old) to be more d&d instead of Hall of MOBs without VI and any control abilities. Tile puzzles, pressure plates (requiring more than one PC since we cant control companions, even making one/multiple PC/s to be left behind/required to hold such plate for a while) et cetera. Less waves and stronger/smarter mobs, more so the bosses (with better rewards).
Add ability score checks (and improved class-skill checks*), at least to foundry. There should be such checks even for skill nodes (i cant c a fighter/anyone with 10 INT- successfully dealing with "arcane node" even with a coffer of fancy inteligent self aware tools, maybe if twas 25% instead of 75%).
Make "season" dungeons (Fulmi, Val, Dracolich) accessible in Legendary difficulty (with aforementioned improvements), with BoE Off-hand drops, additional fragments drops, unique transmutation items, dyes and whatnot on top of regular (epic version) drop. And i mean legendary difficulty, not another farm (want that transmog? go and spend 2 hours with 16k gs experienced friends burning pots and kits).
Make certain MOBs immune to certain attacks (magic vs physical for a start, i doubt there will ever be a real implementation of attack type).
Make mimics random and in varied forms.
Torch (which u can switch main- or off-hand by choice to), dark/infra/lowlight vision depending on race, light cantrip...
Crouching movement and stamina being drain and required when jumping.
* Improve "class skills", making them levelable as other skills (they can start with one point already). As an example making Thievery improve trap handling (both detection and disarming, cant spot fatal trap without 2 points and cant disarm without 3 points spent). Similar approach for other classes, while the level of skill could also improve skill kit use chance (u r that good in what u r doing that u can use it as a partial workaround when dealing with other class skill checks) when the base skill kit success chance would be lowered. "Has skill" checks should include the level in the condition. Max rank requirement same as last skill/spell tier. Also it could add cantrips (one slot beside at-wills), like light for casters and such. Thats just a hint, twould take several pages to describe and make up the exact mechanics (even that there is nothing complicated about it).
Thats a few "wishes" from my point of view. I dont rly like half what ppl r often mentioning, like disabling enchant visuals. Even switching to fashion set without losing what only armor is supposed to offer is pretty sick. Well boredom overcame, later.
A bit nosy NW-DKG7E99X6
"Hardcore" exploration journey and dungeon crawl. Read its description prior to trying it.
More different visual styles for all classes. The armor sets for each class look almost the same, there are only a view fashion sets, and random armor with distinct looks like the Infernal Cloth Armor etc. is extremely limited.
And even those that are somewhat unique conform to the basic style of rather large shoulder pads and weird apron (for CW)
All non-event armors and weapons available as free transmutable skins (Preferably not class restricted, armors only obviously ) purchasable with AD and seals of the relevant level range the armors are found IE Lion for 16-32, Manticore 36-42 for Pegasus for lvls 49-58, Unicorn for Tier 1, Drake for Tier 2, Dark Fey for Fabled Illiyanbruen, Shadowmantle for Dread Legion.
-cheaper transmutes
-disable ANY armor part visuals, shirt, pant, armor, hands, feet, etc.
-make the foundry a central part of the game.
-swimming! adding things underwater would be fun.
-a way to make open rp foundries that can be accesed be many people not being in a party-
-guild houses
- more pvp maps/modes
-buttocks slider for both genders ;o
-underwear dyes
-better foundry rewards

I solo queue and got a 3 GWF 5 man premade, my team of course are full of 10-12k PVE gear causal player that die before even step on point!
Bank slots can be seen in Gateway!
This should've been part of Alchemy when it came out.
As far as Transmutation goes, just have another equipment tab for appearance. You can slot whatever you want in there, and that's how your character looks.
1. The ability to disable enchant visuals
2. A way to see online friends on the gateway
3. Flashing mail icon for all new mail, not just Auction House/mail with attachments
(4. Flying mounts! \o/)
As for accessing bank through Gateway - I'm against, for possible hacking/security issues.
What about this approach; Do away with the arbitrary ranking of Zen store mounts. Instead, have it so you click a mount, then see a price for the R1, R2, and R3 versions?

Fix tower of alteration (or however its called) so we can properly c and adjust the pre-view.
Please make Trade bars account bound.
Show refine level on character enchants (similar to runestone view on companions)
