Cockatrice active bonus in open pvp

The active bonus procs to often, especially when attacking with continuous damage source such as plaguefire/bilethorn enchant. it make u rooted almost every time. it should have cool down or lowered percentage, 10% with no cd is ruining open pvp.

    This isn't a bug. It is feedback. Hence why I moved it here from Bug Reports. ;)

    I knew there was another thread but did not have the time to look it when I first say this thread so i just moved it to the correct forum to start.
    Please post in this thread to give further feedback about the cockatrice. :)
