Appearance change

My face parts (nose, chin, beard, etc) sticks out from my full helm or full mask and i cant believe this ****. Are they too lazy... If I buy a appearance change do i have to minimize my all face parts to avoid this? Or did they fixed it?

    The amount of graphics bugs in this game are endless. My advice would be to accept it.
    --- Ranked matches need to be solo-queue only

    dont buy anything, they still have not fixed bugs from last year...
