Black ice drops post CTA patch

Is it just me or are the drops worse? I'm not getting any BI Gear at all now think I've gotten one piece of elk gear for the class I was playing (not sure if that was fixed or just lucked into a drop I could use if not for having a better set on) and that's it. I've not gotten even so much as a purple crafting mar. In fact my blue drops are severely worse as I've only seen about three or four in the past few days.

Previously I had gotten gloves and on 4 characters (cw, dc x2, gf and gwf) and gotten the MH on two (gwf and cw). I don't seem to be hitting the 150/180 ice reward any more on blue heroics but I am hitting it more on beholder remorahz. For some reason I can't seem to get anything but 75 ice and maybe a green mat but usually one of the new potions on bear rider. It's a purple heroic with drop rates like a blue?

    They lowered the drop rate but increased the chance you will qualify for the best reward or something ,it's in the patch notes.

    Ive given up getting any on my GWF. I do enough HEs to satisfy the quest and that's it. My CW is the only character I have with an extra bag, so I'll do all my Kessel farming on him. My DC and TR aren't even doing the campaign. When my CW and GWF are done, I'll probably get boons for the other two, but not until then.

    I'd say the epic drops have increased just a wee bit. I now have enough Remorazz Fangs to open up a False fang shop for Remorazz that need them.
