Armored Polar bear mount in Zen store?

I would like to know if Cryptic plans to offer this mount on the Zen store because it says:

''limited edition armored polar bear mount available only through the Black Ice promotion on the Zen Market'' which suggest you will not be able to get it anymore. Offical response would be nice.

    I believe they will grant us another chance to get that mount soon via other promos.

    Still, I'd like it to be BiS even though I didn't get one myself -.-
