Problem: Cant get new Pvp Artifact

Hello,

at first i appologize for my bad english, i am from Germany and i need your help.
My Problem is, that i finished 7 missions in the pvp campaign and as i wanted to get my reward (Seal for getting the Artifact), i got a message that my inventory is full and i should make space.
I did, but now there is no option to get my reward now.

Now permanently got that blinking at the top of the screen (campaign flag) and cant get rid of it...
I hope this screenshot explains my problem better than my bad english :)

Of course i tried relogging etc. The problem/bug happened yesterday.
What can i do and is there a solution?

    It is bugged, if you try to claim your reward when you have full bag then you can't take it anymore, a lot of people are waiting for a fix

    Actually, you described the problem perfectly clearly, no problem there :)

    Sadly, as valencay said, it is a common and known bug, right now.. it's not just you.

    Ok, thx for your answers. At least i know now, that its a known issue and hope it will be fixed soon.
