Need for Mead

Ok. Just did my first Need for Mead quest.

I did not do this quest in preview, so I did not know what to expect. I read somewhere someone posted that the yeti that drops the yeti treat for the baby yeti always spawn in the quest. But the treat might not be accepted by the baby yeti.

But after doing the quest, there wasn't any yeti spawned, and therefore no treats dropped.

So my questions are: the yeti that drops a treat is randomly spawned? And the treat is also randomly dropped by the yeti? And if a treat did dropped, it might or might not be accepted by the baby yeti?

So..3 rounds of RNG to get that baby yeti companion on each try?

    The yeti spawn inside of Need for Mead is random and does not always spawn. IT always drops the treat when it spawns.

    And correct the baby yeti is usually unimpressed with your offering.

    So 2 rounds of RNG... This game will soon use up all my luck if I continue playing for long... :D

    Yeah I think it was bugged on the preview shard ,the yeti was spawning every time for some players but not at all for others , I just did it today and the yeti didn't spawn , on preview you got a guaranteed treat if the yeti spawned but yes it was RNG if the baby decided to take it so it could well be that the yeti baby pet is behind at least 2 layers of RNG - RNG if rampaging yeti spawns then RNG if baby takes the treat.

    just got the ability to do the quest today and i accepted it. i went inside but i wanted to do it later so i left the instance through the barrel. when i came back into town, it said the quest was completed but i didn't get any rewards and i can't accept it until tomorrow. anyone else experience this problem?
