Claimed PVP Campaign Reward, Inventory Full, No way to reclaim

Tonight I didn't realize my inventory was full when I claimed my Black Ice Belts from IWD PVP Campaign. I got a red message across the screen stating that my inventory was full and the item failed to claim, or some such.

The problem is after I cleaned out my inventory, I was unable to claim the belt. It does not have the 'Claimed' tag next to it indicating that I had received the item. Nor does it have the button to claim it.

I would really like my belt for Kessels Retreat tomorrow ;)

Any chance someone knows a workaround to reset this? Or do I have to petition to try and get a GM to grant me the item?

How do I resolve this?

    Got the same problem, theres like 4 or 5 posts on the bug report with the same problem, I started a post as well that 2 more people said they had the same problem

    Same problem with PvP campaign rewards. Good to see lots of ppl are reporting it.. hope it makes them do something about it.

    how to? Is there anyway to solve the problem? seem like I'm not the only one who have this problem.
