I was looking at all the Artifacts in the game and some give a bonus for Incoming Healing.

Does that mean that a Cleric can offset his -40% self-healing nerf with one of these artifacts equipped?

    That is the assumption, yes - in particular as the DC artifact has this.
    Hoping for improvements...

    I don't think we can ever completely negate our self-healing nerf b/c with about 1000 inc healing bonus you only get 10% bonus healing

    I am currently at 13% with the DC artifact + Lathendar + boon + acolyte of kelemvor purple rank.

    I do notice the difference :)

    in my opinion it's worthless to stack because it scales so poorly. Can it help sure but for PVE it's not really needed and I wouldn't take it in PVP over other more useful stats
