Bugs and Lag since MOD3

I see people complaining in game constantly but nobody reports anything on the forums so how will the devs know? 
This is the list i have so far (please help me fill it out)
- The lag is stupid. If there are more then 5 people anywhere its starts rubberbanding like crazy. This is especially in IWD and Dwarven Valley.
- The lag is also in domination and has been for a few days. its been horrible. Its less then in IWD but its still messy.
- The leaderboard is just plain stupid, its not elo rating, its not score, its not kill/death ratio. Nobody really knows how it works and i still havent heard a word from anyone that can tell the playerbase this.
- The questline in IWD is bugged. You get a quest to hand in every day you log on, which is a bug because it dosent give you anything it just says "claim your reward".
- On my GWF i get a popup message everything i press "C" or open character stuff, it says " You have uncomitted changes or somthing" and i have to press OK. This also sometimes transfers to my other characters. Its hard to tell what does it.
- Also Armor PEN is STILL not fixed for CWs encounters/atwills and dailys.
Dont remember everything atm, but this is what i know and what has occured after MOD3 release.

You're not reading the forums. People have been complaining about lag ever since the day the module was released. It's certain the developers are aware of it. I'm surprised the moderators have let threads like this one go on after they've been posted again and again.
You do get a reward from returning to Icewind Dale and speaking with that dude every day. It doesn't tell you what it is, but you get a Black Ice salve. It is in your inventory.
You need to fill in a bug report ticket in game or go to the relevant subforum in the preview part of the forum and report bugs using red . I can help you with these though.
The leaderboard probably won't mean much at all since they have no plans to ever reset it so the numbers on there will become rather meaningless in a few weeks .
The quest you are talking about it isn't bugged , you need to speak to the guy next to the black ice merchant and he will give you a pot of black ice salve each day , as you open up the other 2 stores in Caer konig through the campaign they will also give you one pot each per day for investing in them.
As for lag have you tried lowering your graphic settings , I had awful lag the first day but since I lowered my settings a bit I have no lag even in HE's with dozens of other players.
It is working as intended. If you read the quest tests and quest line leading up to this it would of been explained. There is bug however with both, in that the it auto accepts on the last page of choices and you do not get to see it.
I do get the same popup, so do my guild mates.... It's annoying as hell.
What do you mean by Armpen is still not fixed? I didn't notice anything unusual.
I think too today i got from CW 49k Ice dagger insta kill
I gues mybe he was an orc with elixir 10% MoF path C.C 15% p vorpal +50 % +3 % boon +5 % D.B +event buff or idk .
