Whenever someone is suffering from a damage over time, and while on it they are marked an attack from the Careful Attack at-will, it refreshes the dot effect until the duration of the Careful Attack (usually 20 seconds), making the original dot last a lot longer than it should
Hunter Ranger Incoming Healing effects are not affected by Healing Depression. (I know for sure that at least the armour set is not affected by HD)
