So during PVP if a GWF tries to attack me I put up a good fight until they go unstoppable. I have a question, What do I do when they're in unstoppable? Some people say dodge until they come out of it but it's like when they come out their health increased drastically and we're back to square one where this repeats over and over until I die. So basically what am I supposed to do while they're in unstoppable? When I attack it's like they have damage immunity and my attack doesn't even scratch them, so any suggestions?
put dot's and hope that they add up to atleast 1k hitpoints since 90% of the time any attacks will be under a 2k when there in unstoppable seeing as how it gives them like 200% dr (or atleast it feels like it)
I don't PvP, but I'll say this - which may or may not give you some insight: While leveling my GWF I loved unstoppable. But I absofeckinglutely hated whenever I started Unstoppable and the mini boss or monster I was fighting moved out of the way and just slightly out of range. it forced mke to have to move closer to him, which irritated the hell out of me because it was wasting a very precious full-second or two of my Unstoppable time.
The tip to dodge and redodge is true. But don't just dodge - dodge to the point where you're out-of-range from his swing - out of range from his strike - the most irritating thing for a GWF is to go into Unstoppable and have his target move completely out of striking range during all or part of that.
Obviously I can only speak for myself. But any other GWF feels the same way and if they proclaim that they don't then chances are they are lying or at least stretching the truth a lot.

You are correct that getting out of range is the best option, but most PvP GWFs use Threatening Rush as one of their at-wills, which allows them to close the gap extremely quickly. All I can suggest (from my perspective on a CW) is to save your dodges for when you really need them, don't stop attacking when the GWF is unstoppable but do not use your best encounters and just use at-wills or a fast recharging non-control encounter. Many GWFs will pop Unstoppable as soon as it is available when fighting a CW and that means it will not last long, as soon as it is over you can control him and hit him as hard as you can. Which will fill up his Unstoppable meter and you get to do it all over again

Yep, it's Threatening Rush though, not Punishing Charge.
Giving that to GWFs was the dumbest decision ever.

The other tip for CW at least is to dodge TOWARDS the GWF. As he closes you will TP right 'through' him and end up behind him. This fools 90% of them who will continue to flail away in a straight line towards your last position. It takes a little practice and timing but works a treat once perfected. Also good against GFs by the way.
And if you are MoF then loading them up with DOTs during Unstoppable works well as they will offset healing, maintain Healing Depression, and still be ticking when Unstoppable ends.
they have instant prones so its pretty hard to tell when exactly there going to, ive been a cw since i started and i still have a hard time predicting their prones since its instant
Keep in mind, that a GWF is like an infant once their unstoppable has worn off.
.............. destroyer GWF use unstoppable to stack up destroyer purpose. They have a 40% more dammage buff for 20 sec after unstoppable. The infant can still rip you to shread.

Oops, my bad on the name of the power. I always get Punishing Charge and Threatening Rush confused. Will change my post accordingly.
