We have been asking for a solution to make swapping powers easier. In fact, not only swapping powers needs an easier solution, many other things need one, too. So the idea is to introduce a new interface which let us define presets of things we swap frequently.

This idea is inspired by the interface of setting chat tabs. In that interface, we can create as many chat tabs as we want. We can name each tab freely. And we configure what channels can be displayed in each tab.

So the proposed interface have similar function: 1) You create and name a new preset, then 2) you define what should be changed, that can include powers, gears, artifacts, companions, potions, or mount.

This feature can be extremely useful and time-saving. Using it, you no longer need to open each window and drag-and-drop its content. Just open the said interface and select the preset you already defined, and then you can jump from PvP to epic dungeons instantly. You can even define a preset which is only for changing mount!

I don't usually approve making it easier to swap powers, it's pretty easy even in pvp (in pugs it works mostly in combat as well; talking as a cleric/tr) and I don't know if it could cause some kind of abuse for it's "easyness".

But actually, overall, it's a good idea. Especially when you do dailies and go to a domination match, it's pretty frustrating to switch those 3-4 encounters, and even passives and at wills back and forth.

Swapping the preset would make all powers go on cooldown, right? That would actually be the cost for the easy swapping system, in my opinion.

It's okay to have a cooldown like the one we currently have when manullay swapping powers.
