Not very happy today

Got up in the morning before work to play for a bit, and when i got on my main i noticed that all my astral diamonds were gone and also that i had stuff sold on the market...stuff i never sold...so i retrieved the diamonds that the hacker didn't get on my mail and then submitted a ticket. Just hope something is done about it. I didn't lose much other then some items and 160 ish K AD but it still upsets me that i was hacked so easily. Did this happen to anyone else? and if so what can i do about it?

    change your password, cause you've been hacked.

    Explanation:

    1. baddy cracks your account
    2. baddy sells 1 firework/whatever for a laaarge amount of AD (no one bothers to buy, obviously)
    3. baddy enters with your account and buys his own offer (with your ADs, that is)
    4. profit!

    Optional: 5. baddy sells your stuff for reasonable buyout price from your account and buys from his (in the end he is going to retrieve his AD anyway from you)

    In Rappelz game they solved this issue by implementing a player bank password. But then, in this other game the player bank has 1000 slots, not a dozen like here.

    Sadly no it was not a legit hack seeing that they were only able to take my AD and stuff in my inventory only. So my guess is that they used a program that auto connects to a players account and not actually log that char on, then that person can only see the inventory and nothing else, they take the AD and use something on that program that lets then use the market without moving the char and use the mail. I noticed that my char was not moved from the spot i left him at in Icewin dale in any way so thats my best bet is that there is some sort of program that lets players remotely attack your accounts and not need to move the char. If it was a legit hack my char would have been fully stripped and all epics salvaged for AD and also would have had to move to do so, also my bank was untouched. I have seen programs like this on youtube for other games but it looks like someone made one for this also.. looks like they need a second layer of defense now x.X

    Unfortunately, this is something that has to be resolved via support. No one at the forum level will be able to assist in this matter.
