How do Stamina/Guard Gain, Incoming Healing Bonus, Combat Advantage Bonus scale?

Effectively, how much is +400 of the mentioned stats in relative numbers? From what I've seen so far, it's somewhere around 5 %. But especially the Stamina Gain seems to vary a lot.

    I am also curious about this. And I have a question about anything with the "incoming healing bonus". Is that just from healing spells from say a DC or what?

    life-steal, regen, and campfires but pots do not count.
