going to new sharendar

I can make it to the waterfall but the npc does not respond and the way is blocked to the portal. Why cant I get to new sharendar? I have done everything needed according to my journal entries. saved the scouts, killed the dark fey, and collected the relics. just need to meet up with the npc and go to new sharendar... can't progress... another broken quest.

    I had this happen twice. Your problem is your over powered and need to slowly progress through the area. Do not kill monsters from beyond the sparkling areas. Wait for prompts from each of the mini quests. They will silence if you go to fast and are not considered completed. Sharendar has a few quests at the starting area before you get through the waterfall. You have five different mini quests. Save the elves. Save the relics. Kill their leader. Kill the little guys. Kill the wandering monsters on the road. If any quest is done out of order it blocks you path.

    We need to take all the quests in order, or what?

    Also overpowered mmm in what sense? I'll hit 60 with the couple next quests in Mt.Hotenow (or even less). Don't make me cry.

    Wait, you're not 60?!?

    Try hitting 60, then go to the waterfall.
