First Time Buyer's Pack distribution.

I put money on my account through arc last week and I still can't pick it up. Is it a problem people besides me are having? And if so, is it going to be fixed soon? Thanks in advance for the help.

    I forgot to ask, is there a place I can go to get it fixed myself?

    Basically it goes through TWO steps:

    1. It needs to be approved, and if it's the first time you've done it then it takes anything between a couple of hours to a day or so

    2. You need to transfer the Zen into Neverwinter from Arc ('coz there's a load of games that use Zen)
