question about first time buyer pack

why did I get one? I haven't gotten any zen this year much less since the promotion started, but it's sitting there in my mail box. I thought it wasn't retroactive?

    It is not retroactive. However the requirement is to transfer at least 500 Zen into Neverwinter. If you transferred it today but purchased the Zen five years ago it would still credit your account with the First Time Buyers Pack. In addition to that you could even use Peanut Labs to earn 500 Zen and transfer the Zen into Neverwinter to earn the First Time Buyer's Pack.

    A survey site that PWE is, for lack of a better term, partnered with that you can earn Zen on for doing surveys.

    it's nether of those don't trust peanut labs and haven't transfer any zen into neverwinter this year.

    should I bother with a support ticket or just be thankful I somehow got a free pack and stop questioning it?

    Either that or the aim was for the person next to you and missed.

    they wanted they other morthos demoneye, I swear I have to stop using random generated names but I suck at naming characters. :D
