Jarlaxle not working

  Ok yeah now three L60s in Caer-Konig getting the same message from Jarlaxle. Broken.

  Same issue here with Level 60 CW and DC
  They have the IWD requirements, talked to Lord Neverember, received their class specific artifacts yet can't trigger Jarlaxie to give the next quest.

  Same problem, GWF and TR in KC and can't get any sense out of him

  The comming patch today specify that:
  Jarlaxle no longer displays artifact eligibility requirements once a player is already qualified and completed the quest.
  I guess we will see what he say next
