Didnt get first time buyers pack

I bought and transferred some Zen her the other day, and got the impression that you get the "first time buyers pack" mailed to your in game mail.
And I did see that it was bugged, so it could take up to 72 hours before you would get it.

It have been over 3372 hours, and I have jet to get it.!
That was the only reason that I bough Zen at that time. so I would really like to get it.

    You cant really direct me to that sticky!
    As I told you, its been over 72 hours. That's sticky don't tell anything about that.
