Do the new power points stick to us when we respec?

What happens to power points, rewarded to us from post level 60 advancement reward, when we do a respec?
Do they stay or are they reset to the default (61)?

I asked some friends but none could answer this theoretical question.

    Yes,

    I tested this and verified it on Preview prior to release. Nothing seems to have changed in this regard. Though I have not tested on live... I do not believe anything has changed.

    This portion was working properly on Preview.

    Yes they do stick. I got tired of waiting to find out if HRs were going to get a free respec or not and bought one.
