Cryptic I currently cant play due to game went to default graphics and not full scree

Cryptic,

I currently cant play due to game went to default graphics and not full screen.
Let me explain by doing this cant click on anything when log in, cant click on enter game or nothing.

I need to reset everything to DX11 Ultra,Ultra full screen however to do so, I need to edit my INI. or cfg file to full screen then can log in and set everything to ultra,ultra, but cant recall where that is can someone help me please and tell me where need to go so can edit this to fix it so can play and spend money in the store again?

    I don't know where to tell you to go I also used to know where to go to fix this.
