Secondly i'd like to point out some amount of laziness in properly defining the mechanics of the new boons
For Eg: I'd like to know the mechanics of IWD's 2nd Boon Appreciation of Warmth
How does it work ? does it work on lifesteal , healing from set bonus ( HR profound sets ) or only from other players heals ? Also does it suffer through healing depression in PvP unlike the set bonus heal of HRs?
no, 250 incoming heal is a 3% bonus. although the % can be higher as it seems that i am guaranteed at least 1 point extra even for all the weak bilethorn/regen ticks i have.
The +250 is a stat. The equation that the stat uses to figure out the bonus equates to a +3% bonus if you start with 0. Think of it the same as Combat Advantage Bonus. The higher of the stat you get the lower the gain per stat (it has diminishing returns, basically).

edit : nvm . just saw the healing bonus stat of 250 translates to 3 percent. thanks for clarification though
and yes, you might heal for 16.2 extra depending on if it's counted as an incoming heal

is this stat affected if u are under healing depression in PvP ?
doesn't affect pvp pots though
