Hey there Neverwinter. Its day 3 or so of the new module. I am trying to find out where to buy additional worn gauntlets for the black ice shaping profession.
I have done a generous amount of heroic encounters in the dale, and not received anything there.
I have checked all the vendors, both in protector's and in Caer-Konig.
Every other profession has Worn quality implements available to facilitate multiple task slots.
The black ice shaping profession has a means to hire more chillwrights to run more slots.
How is anyone supposed to run multple tasks for the new profession if you don't have the basic item made available?
P.S. If this is something that requires reputation to access, you should make it clear in the campaign window of that case. but otherwise, You need to put this item in the game!
thanks for your time.

You don't.
You can however get green, blue, or purple quality gauntlets from the new black ice profession pack.

I got one on the AH the second day. I don't know why they aren't at the Professions Vendor Asset site.

Be careful hiring new chillwrights - they'll grab higher ranked ones Ice Smiths and Cryomancers to turn into Chillwrights. I'm able to do 2 tasks.

The developers overlooked something on day 1 of the release. The gauntlets were supposed to be character bound but were not bound at all. So people were able to transfer them between characters and sell them on the AH up until they patched it that night. They only intended for you to have one pair of worn gloves and if you wanted more then you'd need to buy the black ice profession pack.

You can also buy green and blue gauntlets on the Auction House from people who opened up a black ice profession pack and then decided to sell one. What's interesting is that I didn't realize they would become bound, so I sent a pair over from a second toon, and now that toon has no way to get one other than buying a very expensive one.

Yeah they are only like 1 million AD a pair.... Not that I even care about this half assed module anyways.
Progress the first step of the campaign tree and you get a worker and worn gauntlets.
I think he means after you have got the free ones how to buy extra basic ones , when we found out about the white quality ones not being available to buy during testing we brought it up with the system designer but he didn't seem too concerned , I feel sorry for newer players who have to find 650k each for the green quality gauntlets though , bet they are going to find this module highly entertaining xD
Same here. I bought the pack. My question is this. I have started the profession. But how do move up levels? All of the level 1 tasks, do not give you profession XP. How are we supposed to move to rank 2, etc.?
