Almost seems like a personal attack!

I get it, module 3, tons of bugs and server instability, server issues will happen. But I want to know what the heck is going on because ive been kicked before I have had the game crash before but never have I ever experienced anything like this!

I have payed well over $400 for this game and what do I have to show for it? The inability to play it. I want answers or I want my money back so help me god! I payed for 500 zen yesterday and 1000 zen today, is that what this is, I am being punished for pouring more money into your game?

4 times in less than 20 minutes I have been kicked from the server. The 5th time I didn't get kicked my game just froze on the esc menu and none of my commands would register yet the game went on. I have checked half a douzen times and verified with other online games. This isn't a internet issue, it sure as heck isnt a graphics issue, this is YOUR issue. But F the issue I want a response as to what specifically happened because I got kicked, gaffed it off as a random server kick, it happens. Logged in, not more than 5 minutes playing I get kicked. Suspicious now but what ever, log in, 5 minutes playing fine, then kick. Now I am pissed, log in, kicked, log in freezes my game play ability. Checked with my guild mates and party I was with at the time, no one else was having issues.

1. No on else I talked to was having issues
2. Not a internet issue
3. Not a graphic issue

Tell me why I should'nt think someone on your end isn't Fcking with me? Exited out and now its got a huge patch loading yet I don't see any new news patch updates for this one. WTF are you doing to my account! So to repeat myself, I want answers or my money becuase new game or not, update problems with module 3 or not, the amount of money spent or at this point wasted in this game.....UNACCEPTABLE!

    UPDATE:

    Just logged in after that "patch" you guys did. LOST EVERYTHING! blank 2 character slots. I got hero of the north pack, had 5 characters, endless amounts of purchase items OMG......

    I have a little time left in the military and I don't want to sound like I am threatening or anything and I doubt it would hold up. But you have my word if this doesn't get resolved soon. I am seeing my legal represenative while its still free and seeing what I can do about getting my money back. My jaw just dropped.....this is unacceptable. I had a wonderful guild of over 300 members I ran, just spent a bunch of money on zen to get.......just wow. As sad as it is to admit this I am almost in tears because of the amount of time and money I have poured into this game and you just rip everything from me like this are you <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> kidding me. I swear on my life as a united stated marine if you don't fix this, hopeless or not, I will do everything in my power to legally ensure that I get the equavelant of what I poured into this game from you. And its more than just the few hundreds of dollars I spent!

    I think you should submit the ticket through the support site. It seems like some server files issue.

    it isnt just you, my husband hasnt been able to enjoy the content of mod 3 due to being kicked every five minutes, and after support asked for him to run a test on his computer and send it to them he has not heard back from them at all, they have not responded to the several posts in these forums to even acknowledge the issue, and we have paid quite a bit of money to the game as well.

    sucks that he is now behind in his campaign for mod 3 and we cant play together, all because there is some sort of issue with their coding, and they still have yet to even say, hey guys we are working on it, shouldhave a fix soon.. or i dont know answer your support tickets

    1 tip i received from lookin on forum try to reduce the debris option frm 300 to 70 or 0 and see if that helps ... removed most of my problems in dungeons lag and also try to reduce the distance view for objects and characters/terrain turn of bloom and some lightning quality might help too

    You're not the only one, I can't play since Module 3 either. I'm lucky if I even make it past the Character Select screen before it crashes to my desktop. It's completely unplayable right now for me, and I also have put a fair bit of money into it. I created a support ticket after trying every single thing people suggested, and was told they are "looking into it" and have heard nothing since.
    I'm pretty upset.

    Glad to see I am not only one starting to get fed up with this, I have been unable to play for 4-5 days or basically the night before Mod3 came out and I have been on forums everyday that I have been unable to play, I am also sad to say that I have put money into my account aswell as my own personal time. I would think as many complaints, tickets, forum rants, etc. That they would take some kind of action as to what is going on to the players that are unable to play and not just worry about the ones that are and what their dealing with. I know it might be selfish but EVERYONE should be able to play first then fix the issues in the game. It just seems like poor judgement and no action taken. I hope this time we can get enough peoples attention to show them that this issue needs fixed before they lose out on more players than I am sure they've already lost.
