Sphere of Black Ice Lore Entry

I have three characters that have the Sphere of Black Ice.

On one of them I have a lore entry for the Sphere of Black Ice under the Treasure of Faerun (Journal) as you expect with other artifacts.

On the other two there is no lore entry.

I have tried moving the artefact to my inventory and bank and then back again ==> no result.

I have tried leaving it in the inventory and logging out, then back in again ==> no result.

I know it isn't a game-breaker but it is frustrating for a collector (who is mildly OCD) like myself.

    It did occur to me to add that the one which has the entry - I had the artifact between Module 3 going live and the first maintenance starting. The other two got the artifact after the first maintenance was completed. Thought that may be significant.
