artifact recovery quest bugged

Since this morning, after IWD mod 3 update, this quest has been unable to progress. Walk into cragmire area, go into the vault. press activation on the first skull. Wait ages for the cloud walkway but it eventually comes. walk over to the center gazebo area. Cloud surrounds the area and we cannot be allowed into the miniboss area. cannot combat anything. cannot progress to second skull. cannot collect free artifact on my toon. PLEASE fix this soon. Does it have anything to do with the IWD new artifacts? is it just a coincidence?

    having same problem...got clouds around the first vault...cant get thru...

    After the late evening patch - this issue was resolved for my character. I really want to Thank the People who fixed it as fast as they did. Doritos and Mt Dew for everyone.
