[Gateway] Red spam of doom!

I doubt this is a bug, but it really should be since it's a mind blowingly bad change, but...
On gateway, now ALL profession messages (queueing tasks, completing tasks, and collecting tasks) are all "red" messages, meaning they never go away unless the player manually closes the message pop-up.
Was this really necessary? Was it deemed too convenient to do professions on gateway?

Its definitely changed. Previously only errors (such as trying to do the same task for the fourth time) showed up in red and stayed there forever until you closed the dialog by clicking the x in the corner. All the other messages were in yellow and faded after 5 seconds or so. Now all the messages seem to be red and stay there forever until you click it. It's pretty annoying and hopefully they fix it or change it back to how it was. The fact that the text is red isn't the issue it's that it doesn't fade on its own.
