[Armor of the Dread Legion]for GWF

Hi,
I could not find any information in regard the [Armor of the Dread Legion] chest piece of the Dread Legion set in forums.
Is it boss/DD chest drop or a craftable item.
Help appreciated.

    Drops from Valindra in VT, same with the Dread Legion chest for all classes. You'll need to run VT 2/2 quite a lot to get one, took me about 30 runs. Darn good looking transmute though.
