    Welcome to Neverwinter!

I cannot proclaim the best armor (and that's all really subjective anyway)

Spider Mount: that's currently only available in the Hero of the North pack, which is pricey (some will poo-poo it, but it's a good pack). It does offer a lot of other things as well, but only you can decide if it's worth the very high cost.

As for Foundry quests: shameless plug: My campaign is listed in my signature. Beyond that, you may want to look at the Featured and Spotlight quests. Also, look under the "For Review" tab for some up-and-comers.

As for fast leveling: why? You're either enjoying the story Cryptic has written or you just want to get to level 60 as fast as possible. I'd hope you're the former, because latter only set themselves up for disappointment because when they finally do reach level cap they then start whining like toddlers that there isn;t anything left.

Take your time and enjoy the journey. Because of double-XP weekend you've probably already missed out on a whole bunch of content.

    1. power>crit>arp (normal archery specc)
    2. HotN pack (extremely pricey)
    3. look for simple kill quests which go for 5-15min as long as they count for the dailys
    4. do normal quests, and perhaps one or two pvp games if you're underlevelt.

    1. No idea, it'll kind of depend on your play style too.
    2. Um...I think there's one on the zen market, not entirely sure though.
    3. Look for ones that sound enjoyable to you - go check out the Foundry Quest Database page, there's quite a few Foundry authors (myself included) who put long hours and buckets of tears into creating our quests to not get them played as a result of people favoring kill quests just to get their daily taken care of. The Foundry is full of fantastic stories, but you won't find what appeals to you unless you put in the effort to browse for yourself.
    4. Just follow the normal story line, and shoot everything that moves. I leveled up to 60 with my HR in...2 or 3 weeks after joining Neverwinter just by doing the main story line - no dungeons, no skirmishes, no pvp, though you can certainly do those if you enjoy them. I don't like them which is why I avoided them.
