Seriously, still no answer from the devs?!

I still have a missing quest. It's been missing since July. Why have I not gotten a single word back. I have submitted in and out of game bug reports, posted on the Foundry forums and the bug forums. I just want my quest back. Why is this so ****ing hard to do?
My quest was deleted in July of 2013. There were no issues, it had not violated any rules. Was deemed a bug. That quest is still missing.

    It's hard to believe really. I never got chance to play it myself but I remember you posting about it.
    I doubt you will hear anything now.

    Why don't you just remake it? I know it's a lot of bother but you will probably make it better anyway and I'm sure it will be quicker than waiting for the answer.

    Mainly because it took me three months to build it up. Between dialogue, cinematics, and design, it took a long time. I'd rather work on the second part than rebuild the first one.

    To be honest, I'd expect going back to July's tapes to find and restore a single quest rates about a zero on their bug fixing priority scale. It's time to move on.
    I wasted five million AD promoting the Foundry.

    Yup, lost a couple characters can't get those back either. From what I can tell cryptic has a data loss problem, so I don't spend (real money) or get attached to anything in game even though I like the game.

    I know what your saying but it does get quicker and I think you may be fighting a lost cause with this one. Even if they reply now do you honestly think they could do anything about it after all this time?

    I suggest you forget about it and either start over or move on. I would say start over as I have never seen anyone else with the same problem. Possibly make a direct pm to one of the devs that do post on these boards, even if they can't do anything you may get a feature as compensation or something.

    My apologies for the necro, but one of our members at SE just mentioned something that might help shorlong. They also had a quest disappear last summer, but they recently found it on the preview shard. May be a long shot, but might be worth a try?

    Sometimes doing things a second time round can be monotonous but with a clearer plan can turn out better than before.

    Half of my quest disappeared without warning, they never reinstated it either.
